We are looking for creative thinkers, hyper-motivated hustlers, and optimistic go-getters, who have the passion and determination to lead our portfolio startups all the way to successful exits.
We have ready-to-launch innovative new-age tech startups and also a few early-stage startups that are already launched and gaining excellent traction.
These startups are co-invested by StartupCrafters and passionate founders who are domain experts. Selected candidates lead the startups as EIR/FIR or Cofounders & CEO.

- Internet of Things (IoT) > Electro-Mechanical Medical & Consumer Devices.

We consider applicants with experience in Startups Venture Capital or accelerators as Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) or Founder-in-Residence (FIR).
Startup founders with a track record from concept to a successful exit, who have managed teams, designed the product, launched, raised capital, product-market-fit, and exited.
Entrepreneurial Drive & Leadership
- Excellent people skills with the ability to hire and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ready to get into trenches to execute multiple strategies to produce the highest results.
- Strong professional network within the industry vertical, partners, investors, and advisors.
Marketing & Sales
- Product Marketing, and Sales/Business Development expertise.
- Customer-centric approach, turn research/insights into actionable GTM strategies,
- Proficient with numbers, preparing budgets, writing proposals, and sales/investor decks.
